Selecting a Subtitle preference can be done within the HIDIVE app and or Website.
- Log into your account, and go to the home screen.
- Once on the home screen click the profile avatar in the top right of the screen (web browser). If using the HIDIVE App then click the three lines on the top left and select profiles.
- FireTV, Apple TV device & Xbox subtitle preferences can be found under account settings.
- You will be met with a dropdown and select "Edit Profile".
- Now you can edit your profile subtitle language, and audio.
- Roku devices have their own setting that will need to be updated within your Roku Device.
(If the title does not have the selected audio and or language preference then it will play what is available for that title)
