You can create a specific 4-digit code for the primary profile.   This four-digit code is only particular to the primary account and can not be changed by other account secondary profiles added.  Adding a PIN code to the primary account prevents other shared users from accessing the primary account content and billing information.


Please follow the directions below to set a PIN code:

  • Log into your account HIDIVE membership via a web browser. 
  • Select the main profile, and then go into your account settings.
  • Next, enable"PIN PROTECTION", and choose your 4 digit PIN.4-digit


Once the PIN is selected it can only be changed/updated by the primary profile on the membership.  All users who are not on the primary profile will have to enter the PIN code if they try to access the primary account.


If you log into your account and forget your PIN you can click "Forgot PIN", and an email will be sent to the email on file to change your PIN.  If you have not received the email, please check your spam box.  (If you continue to run into issues updating your pin please reach out to HIDIVE support.)
