HIDIVE.com & Paypal Sign-ups:
If you signed up with a credit card or PayPal via our website, you must cancel through a web browser on your computer, tablet, or via the mobile web on your smartphone. Currently, you cannot cancel your account in our apps for iOS, Roku and Prime. If you need assistance, please contact HIDIVE Support.
1. Log in to your HIDIVE account via web browser www.HIDIVE.com
2. Click on the “Account” icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
3. Select Subscription from the tab on the right of the screen.
4. Scroll down on the page, click the 'Cancel Membership' option, and follow the prompts.
Device Sign-ups:
If you are having trouble canceling via the HIDIVE website, it’s likely that you signed up through Apple, Roku, or Amazon Prime's add-on subscription, in which case, see our troubleshooting instructions for each individual service below:
