HIDIVE.com & Paypal Sign-ups:
If you signed up with a credit card or PayPal via our website, you must cancel through a web browser on your computer, tablet, or via the mobile web on your smartphone. Currently, you cannot cancel your account in our apps for iOS, Roku and Prime. If you need assistance, please contact HIDIVE Support

1. Sign in via a web browser and click ‘My Account’ in the top right-hand corner of the site
2. Click 'Cancel Membership' on the lower right-hand side in the account section.


Device Sign-ups:
If you are having trouble canceling via the HIDIVE website, it’s likely that you signed up through Apple, Roku, or Amazon Prime's add-on subscription, in which case, see our troubleshooting instructions for each individual service below:
