How to Apply: 

 

Promo codes can only be redeemed via the HIDIVE website during the sign-up process or on the account page if you are a returning and or active subscriber. 

 

New Subscribers: 


1. Go to www.hidive.com and then select “Try 7Day Free” or “Sign Up”. 

2. Create an account, input an email and then a password 

3. Confirm the password and email are correct and hit “Continue” 

4. Select a plan, you have an option between Monthly or Annual (depending on promo code requirements please select which is required to redeem the code) (The next page has promo code input) 

5. Once the plan is selected, then you will have the option to input a “Promo Code” under “Order Summary” 

6. Input the Promo code and select Apply, credits/discounts and or adjusted time will reflect right away or the next billing cycle depending on the promo code received. 

7. Lastly, select the payment method and check out 


Inactive Subscribers: 


1. Go to www.hidive.com and then select “Sign In.” 

2. Once signed in select, the “Account” button top right of the HIDIVE site. 

3 Click “Subscription” and select a plan, you have an option between Monthly or Annual (depending on promo code requirements please select which plan is required to redeem the code) (The next page has promo code input) 

4. Once the plan is selected, then you will have the option to input a “Promo Code” under “Order Summary” 

5. Input the Promo code and select Apply, credits/discounts and or adjusted time will reflect right away or the next billing cycle depending on the promo code received. 

6. Lastly, select the payment method and check out 

 

Active Subscribers: 


1. Go to www.hidive.com and then select “Sign In”. 

2. Once signed in select, the “Account” button on the top right of the HIDIVE site. 

3. Click “Subscription” and you will see two plans, Monthly or Annual 

4. Your active plan will have a blue “Active” icon above it. The “Apply Promo Code” option will be located under the card information of the current active membership plan. (If you have an active monthly membership and the promo code that was provided is to upgrade to an annual, then select the annual upgrade button, then input the promo code during checkout.) 

5. Input the Promo code and select Apply, credits/discounts and or adjusted time will reflect right away or the next billing cycle depending on the promo code received.
