Most of our TV Console apps, Apple TV, Roku, and Android TVs have a very similar Connect Device feature. Here is generally how they work:
- Download the HIDIVE app on your desired platform
- Launch the App
- Select the "Connect Device" option (Or if the code is visible on screen, you do not need to do this)
- Using your Mobile Device or Web Browser navigate to the following link: https://www.HIDIVE.com/tv-login
- From this page follow the instructions
- If you are logged into HIDIVE already on your Web Browser: Enter the Code shown on the TV. You may need to refresh the code if it has been a few minutes.
- If you are not logged into HIDIVE: Enter your Username, Password, and Code shown on the TV. You may need to refresh the code if it has been a few minutes.
- Click Submit/Login
- When Successful the App will automatically link your account to your device, and prompt you to select your profile.
